To be eligible to apply for the Chiranjeevi Health Insurance Scheme, an applicant
- Has to be a permanent resident of Rajasthan.
- All families, excluding scheme beneficiaries, can also apply for the Chiranjeevi Health Insurance Scheme by paying an annual premium of Rs. 850 to gain all covered benefits.
- Online application is required for individuals/families to be covered under the scheme.
- SECC 2011 registered families, along with the NFSA card holders, small & marginal farmers, and Sam Vida workers, are also eligible to apply for MMCSBY.
- Applicants applying for MMCSBY must have an updated Aadhar card, Bhamashah card, Jan Aadhar number, card, or Jan Aadhar registration slip.
