The company’s management (including HR and managers) encourages employees to plan their vacation days in advance to cater to their priorities.
Paytm Marriage Leave Policy
There are very few companies in India that offer marriage leave to their employees, and Paytm is one of them. The company understands the significance of such occasions in one’s life and how desperately one needs some time off to celebrate these events. Therefore, Paytm provides five days of paid wedding leave to regular employees on the occasion of their marriage. However, Paytmers are required to take prior approval from their immediate managers.

All employees at Paytm are entitled to avail of 5 days of paid sick leave in a month in cases of illness or medical emergencies. One cannot carry forward their sick leaves to the following year. If unused at the end of the month, the sick leave days will be treated as lapsed.
