Leave Type | Duration / Details |

Earned Leave (EL) | 30 days/year (2.5 days/month); can be accumulated up to 300 days; encashment option available |
Casual Leave (CL) | 7–10 days/year (depending on grade/department) |
Sick Leave (SL) | 10–12 days/year; medical certificate required if leave exceeds 2 consecutive days |
Maternity Leave | 26 weeks (as per Maternity Benefit Act, 1961) |
Paternity Leave | 7–15 days (within 6 months of childbirth) |
