All Myntra employees are now entitled to take unlimited wellness leaves to take care of their mental health. Care Days in Myntra
Myntra not only supports its employee’s well-being but also strongly believes in being empathetic toward the family needs of its employees as well. Therefore, the well-being of employees’ families has always been Myntra’s yet another top priority. Continuing with its efforts in this space, the company allows 14 days of paid care leave. Employees can use their care days to look after their young kids and older parents in case they fall sick or need immediate assistance.
Wedding Leave Policy in Myntra

Parental Leave Policy in Myntra
Female employees at Myntra are eligible to take six months of paid maternity leave. In addition to that, employees are eligible to take six months of unpaid leave or choose to work part-time through flexible work hours.
