HCL also gives My Leaves to its employees. Employees can use these leaves for special
events in their lives such as birthdays, weddings, and marriage anniversaries. My Leaves
are separate from the annual or sick leaves you get throughout the year.
Annual Leaves in HCL Technologies India
As explained earlier, annual and sick leaves are the same in HCL India. You can carry

Maternity leave benefits apply to those women employees who have been working with
HCL continuously for the past 80 or more days before the expected delivery date.
Women employees can get up to 26 weeks of paid leaves. They can take these leaves before
or after the delivery. The only condition HCL applies is that an employee can take leave up
to six weeks before the expected delivery date.
HCL also offers one additional month of paid leaves in case of illness or complications
during pregnancy or delivery.

HCL also allows taking up to four restricted holidays in a year. These leaves get credited
quarterly, and as per sources, they lapse at the end of every fiscal year.

reason only. Health issues, deceased issues, and more severe issues can allow managers to
give employees leave during the notice period.

(Approx. 23) to get paid time off during the wedding. You can also get a few more leaves

HCL Resign Policy

process using the EMS (Exit Management System). However, talking to your manager
before starting the process can save you time and effort.
An employee has to serve a notice period which can vary from their position in the
company. For instance, the notice period for E2 employees and above is three months, but
the notice period for E0 and E1 employees is two months. You can raise a request or submit
the company laptop on the last working day.
